I love mornings, especially Sunday mornings when my alarm clock sleeps in as well and doesn’t wake me up at 6.20 am. Mornings are the beginning of a brand new day with new challenges and new exciting things. I prefer to start my day with a tasty and healthy breakfast and that is why I want to share my personal favourites when it comes to breakfast in the morning.
- Yoghurt with strawberries, blueberries, bananas and oatmeal.
I love to start my day with this delicious and healthy breakfast. It’s easy to make in the morning and it gives me lots of energy. Perfect for a day at the office!
- Mango, banana and oatmeal smoothie.

Ok, I completely agree it’s not the most healthy way to start your day (apart from the strawberries). However, it’s oh so tasty and always makes my day! Perfect for a lazy weekend!
- Raspberry Almond Scones.
Sometimes I think I should have been born in London. I’d absolutely love to have scones with clutted cream and strawberry jam for breakfast every day. Yes I know, most people in the UK probably do not have scones for breakfast every single day, but I like to think they do as I like to think French women eat croissants every morning at one of those cute Parisian cafes.
