Morning Light

I loved catching the morning light at Le Palais-Royal in Paris a few months ago. The soft, lovely morning light always makes my day, especially during cold winter days when spring feels like a million miles away.

Mornings, especially Sunday mornings, call for sweaters, cardigans and scarfs, basically anything that looks even remotely like fleece or wool, and makes people look cozy and comfortable. I love these clothes, they help me to unwind after yet another hectic week. I like to wear them in my everyday life. It’s perfect for when I have a quiet day at home, like today.

Have a lovely day! xx

A Little Update

A homemade life Paris

Weekend, finally! It’s time for a little update of my life at the moment since I haven’t been blogging for a while now. To be honest, the past few months have been quite hectic and I have had little time for my blog. Since the beginning of this year I am an intern at L’Oréal and I’m spending most of my time there. It’s been amazing and inspiring so far  and I’m so happy to be able to work here.

In between my internship at L’Oréal, meeting new friends and enjoying dinners and lunches with loved ones, I will try to post more blog posts, I promise! I also want to take up photography again since I haven’t been able to take many photographs since I came back from Paris (in December!). For now, I hope you have a blissful weekend! xx
